SINGLE AND DOUBLE KNIFE VINEYARD TRIMMER “HILL”

The “HILL” vineyard trimmer consists of a frame with 2 independent telescopic columns.
The hydraulic system is of an advanced type with automatic management of the self-leveling of the cutting bars.
All machine movements are independent and can be controlled through a 10-movement joystick + engine start and stop for blades and shoot conveyors.

• The vertical blade in the standard configuration has 5 knives (size 1675 mm) + 1 tilting knife (size 375 mm) for a total height of the vertical bar: 2050 mm.
• Electro-hydraulic adjustment of height, width, and swivel is available.
• The upper Topping blade in the standard configuration has 3 knives (size 1060 mm).
• Electro-hydraulic adjustment of height (independent or simultaneous with the vertical blade) and inclination is possible.
• The shoot conveyor comes with mechanical adjustment of position (height and inclination), and it offers the option to exclude regulating the number of rotations through a specific wheel.
